This can be done by skinning, cept the spear, 2/5 4 the model, and 3/5 4 the skin

The gils on its back cant be removed the alfa way. u have to removit with a modeling program.otherwise it will be holes through the unit from the back.
It was a **** to fix that

looks exactly like the naga royal guard cept for a few differences, put some egyptian robes on him and a pharoes cap and make the spear a javaline type thing but on the shaft make it like a snake and there you go, also i need someone to make me a really cool kuja model and a gig model from ghost in the shell

final has a point there w/ the pharoah cap thingie, his head looks kinda naked. rip the pharoahish thing off the crypt lord or maybe even the herolich? i'm not sure but i remember the lich having some egyptianish stuff. and mount it on this dude's head.
or maybe even give him the hydralisk face, since that seems more serpentine, at least to me.
