Looks ok, but a lot of the stuff looks like it's floating. Although that may just be an illusion, you might want to add some more supports.

its actually really perfect.

the fountain is inside an ancient building. Because if you notice, the sky is only visible through a large window...and light is comin fromoutside as well.

one suggestion though...

the light from above is to concentrated in one area... making the surrounding area appear to have no light coming from outside.

perhaps dulling the color of the light, or making it bigger will ease it better into the screenie...

It looks nice and atmospheric, however it seems like it is indoor for some reason, the sky looks weird.

Well, I added the sky to create a feeling of "non-underwater", but that didn't worked, lol

Yeah, I think that adding some more support and playing with the light a bit more may help!

Yes, the fountain is the thing at the center, with some waterfalls coming from it... And true, it is foggy due to tha lack of light that night in non-urban places have.

I see stars and sky in only one part of the background. I can't tell it I'm looking out of something, or if something is blocking it. I dunno, it just looks odd to me.

lol, I see your point. But as thedeadhunter said, you're in some building/cave, and there is a very large window at the background, from where you see the sky.

Well, to give the impression of indoor terrain, I added the light from above (which can only happen in places with roof), and I'm planning to add stalagtites.
