My skin doesnt work in. HELP!!!

Hi! I'm very new to skinning, and am having lots of trouble. Here is my first work:

I know its not that good, and I know I CnP'ed. Before you guys nitpick the artwork I was wondering if you guys could help me make the file work. For some reason, in-game the spell breaker appears completely white or normal with a bright green shade on it. In Wc3 Img Extractor and Viewer it looks fine. I may have messed up with the alpha layers or w/e it is, although I've followed all the tutorials trying to follow it step by step. Please forgive my ultimate noobiness when it comes to skins. Thanks in advance!

i'm noobier than you, all i can manage to do is extract an image, edit it, then save it, then i cant go any further :roll: i dunno how to conver TGA to BLP, or even if i have to :S

hmm...no one is responding...its a shame i really need help too..anyways, you can save it from a jpg format to a tga or blp format using wc3 img extractor. try the tools section
