I didn't find any better section for this.. so I'm posting this here.

I have a problem, my number of posts
won't increase, it's almost completely stuck.

It some times randomly increases, but not every time I post.
Am I just noob or what is this?

Well if you posted outside of off topic, and your posts still do not increase, then it may be some bug.

As far as I know it's just Off Topic and private moderator forums which don't count, as well as the Introductions forum (but not other subforums of Off Topic). However, this is based on when I was last an admin which was quite a while ago, so it's quite possible things have changed since then.
