Yes, you need to make a new skin. The skin is designed for the regular seige unit, so it is stretched way to far over the new horribly tall model. Make a new skin, or work with UVwrapping to make it less blurry so that it fits on the new model better.
the only one i really like is the flaming skull. I dont know why but it sparks my interests. The other are good as well, knowing i cant do near as good becuase i dont know how to model.
this is not modeling, this is model editing..all you did was move like..2 or so vertexs forward or up...
i cant..really..give advice on this...
