My model?!?!

I inserted the gnollheroalpha model and i did everything the guide told me to do but when i try and reload the map it claims it didn't load the model
and also it displayst the unit as a green cube
please Help me? =[

does the model use a custom texture? if so, you may have imported that wrong. Some models have custom paths that you need to insert in order for the model to work.
