my model isn't working!

i made a model with a skin i added the skin to it in 3ds max and i imported it in warcraft 3 everything works fine i can see the model but the only problem is the model won't show the skin but only the color of the player :S how can i fix that?

i dont know very much of it im doing modeling for 4 days now but maybe it has somthing to do with the file of the skin

I know the error.. Its because the skin and teamcolor has switched overlay/underlay, so teamcolor is rendered first, not skin.

can you upload the mdl/mdx so we can have a better look to see what is wrong ?

This should be visible from Magos model editor, make sure you did not make the texture that covers the model team colored.
