My little problem

I am working on this map where you buy a unit and then something happens right now my trigger looks like this:

But it doesnt work! The problem may be very simple but i have no clue what ist is. So if someone could help me I would be very grateful.
(oh and on the picture some parts are german... i hope you get it anyway or a german speaking programer helps me...)

Well, when you create a weather, you need to do is to put the trigger
Show weather for player 1 (Red)
Or, sometimes, if your video settings are at lowest points, weathers will not be displayed.

Use this:

[trigger=]Environment - Turn (Last created weather effect) On[/trigger]
