Hey, it looks good for me!
However, there are three things I would like to point:
1 - I see very little height variaton in the ground in front of the fortress. It's far too plain. It'll maybe look a bit better if you give some variaton to the terrain.
2 - That lonely torch... it seems somewhat out of place for me.
3 - I think that fog has a extremely high contrast with the sky. It's at night, so you should use a darker fog.

The insides of the fortress look decent to me. If this is your first terrain, you're having a good beggining.
That's, at least, my opinion.

Regards

Looks very decent, but refrain from using spam dots and caps unnecessarily ,it makes you sound like a kid in general, but the terrain was very good for a first try

One easy step to make it look far better: Calculate the shadowmap. Its just weird that no tree, none of the giant walls actually throws shadows.
Also, try to avoid combining doodads that obviously don't match each other.
Why are there pines, for example? It's clearly a barrens-theme. Pines grow on mountains, in colder climates, definitely not in a more steppes- and desert-like environment.

Also, watch your doodad placement. A lot of those doodads (especially the trees) seem to clip over the actual ground. Use Ctrl+Page Down to move them down into the ground until there is no more weird clipping.
