- Smudged the edges
- Its an ancient Stone Sword now

you should fix the shape of it.

the handle, and also smooth some things out.

it also looks very flat and not warcraft-ish

It appears a bit blurred, try to avoid too much smudge, the colour of the blade looks more like a stone than metal.
Then you have to improve the shadings. Make the important ones darker, add some minor ones to accent elevated parts of the blade.

The glow is okay, could have been a bit weaker, but fine so far.

It looks ok You should make the handle on the same line as the sword, because it's a bit crooked right now. And sharpen it a bit, it is very smudgy.
