1. How do i add team color to an object in 3ds max that i made?
2. Man can u make a skin to my models that uses in game texture coz i dont know how, i want to get low file size models.

1. Im sure you are not using 3dsmax 5, so I dont know, I only use version 5 for war3
2. I think you can make it. Use wc3viewer to extract textures from warcraft's mpq files and save them as .tga files. Go to max and unwrap your buildings to use those tga textures.
