My Fallout 3 Is dead

the other day i installed windows 7 on a new partition to test it out.
I attempted to play fallout 3 but to no success. After coming back to xp Fallout doesnt work? It runs but doesnt display anything. so the game doesnt popup and the launcher tells me that its not installed.

I hate to say this but have you tried google? I

i did along time ago...
i gogle this and other ppl have sorta same problem but no answers

i got it working again by getting the registry entries from a friend.
and yes... i am too lazy to re-install it...
