My buff tooltips won't show..

I have two dummies casting two spells when you cast a certain spell.
They cast (Root)Invisibilty and (Root)Slow.
But when you hover over the buffs with your mouse, it doesn't show anything.
Any ideas?

EDIT:Just noticed ALL my tooltips are gone.

2ndEDIT: Turns out the Black Mask filter is making all my tooltips go away..
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Nope. It would appear that while a filter is running its course, all tooltips go away until it's done. So i made a faster version of my filters and it actually helped make a more dramatic effect.
