When Filter is on, ToolTips won't show up?

Hello!
As the title says, spell's ToolTips won't come up when using a filter with 50% transparency, like this:

• Cinematic - Apply a filter over 0.00 seconds using Normal blending on texture Black Mask, starting with color (100.00%, 100.00%, 100.00%) and 0.00% transparency and ending with color (100.00%, 100.00%, 100.00%) and 50.00% transparency

After this action the ToolTips are hided till I take the filter off.
Is there any suggestions to get the ToolTips on when using a filter?

While the filter lasts, you can't get to tooltips. When it is over, you will be able to see them again. That can't be ,,fixed". During any filter, you won't be able to see any text.

Hmm, that's really stupid, I really want that the ToolTips can be seen.
Does anybody else say the same as Apheraz Lucent?

If he say so, it must be true . Anyway, I never saw an option like "Tooltips priority" in WE or in warcraft's files : it's sureley hardcoded.

But you can replace the filter with something else like locking the camera on a fogged area or something...

It is not so good idea. When you place to a fogged land, and reveal it, it will all happen way to fast, about o.5 seconds. So, go on with the filter and good luck with your map!
