1. you uploaded the model twice. The portrait model is not needed because you have already added a camera to it.
2. the particles could need some work. They don´t look lke water right now. I suggest that you look how blizzard made their water particles.

The model is good, but the particles are horrible. Blue looks completely out of context and they are two lines that look like nonsense.
Also you could add a stand work, with the rods shaking.

Way much better. Still the particles aren't very good. There are water particles in the mpq, search for it, this smoke won't make it.
Or maybe try setting the Additive Filter.

I like the concept for this model. We hardly ever see murloc buildings around here and this model could be useful as scenery or as a buildable. However the animations are lacking in my opinion. very simple.

i would give it a 3/5 at the moment. It is useful, but it needs something more
