Murgul Dreameater Icon?

I've been using this model for my Naga melee map (credits Jigrael), but I can't seem to find a matching icon.

Except this:

I'm not great shakes at Icons, so is there anyway to turn those JPGs into Icons, or anyone who has that Icon by chance?

Sry, but I have not seen one.
How do i know where this was? Simple. Im helping out daelin in his icon purge. I have been carefully observing all icons. If you want to help, go to the stolen icon list annoucement at the top of the icons forum.

Necro-post, but in case anyone finds this through Google like I did:

The user @Tiki basically created one as part of tutorial. Should be easy enough to take the image & throw it into the BLP-Maker.
