Hello ! I'm back from my stay in Brokeback Mountain and back with more utterly challenged ideas I need help with ! Okay so I'm still working on my singeplayer campaign project when I suddenly got the idea I could make an online game instead !!! OMG !!!
So I come to you and question what can and cannot be done using Warcraft. You know how people often attempt to fit a bunch of things into one ORPG maps ? You know how people always try and find solutions ? You know I just stole a guy's solution and wondered how it'd work ?
So I'm basically just wondering IF this worked, how I would make it...
So... say you're playing a game with a team of 6. There's a transport ship that brings you to "The Mainland". I was wondering if it's possible to make it so that if only 1 player goes to this ship, only he/she is sent to the mainland (a completely different map) while the other 5 remain in the other area...
If not would it be possible if everyone switched maps ?
Or would I just have to fit everything in one map ?
Yours truely,
