MUI dialog system?

Just because my other thread 'dialog problem' is getting TOTALLY ignored, i decided to make a new one. I have a problem that when a player clicks esc, a dialog pops up, but then if another player presses esc while the first player still has the dialog up, then the first persons options will dissapear, leaving him the only option to ALT+F4. How can i make it mui?

Try to use any existing MUI system, or patch wc3 and read this.
