It's a quite simple model. Its lack of detail (both in mesh and texture) makes its proper usage limited to small scales (0.30 or less). For that reason you could shrink it. As a building, it would be nice to have Sprite [First, Second and Third] Ref, that permits the damage fire to appear in-game.
I see maps featuring this little mortar as it is, but for its simplicity and couple of small faults, I'll rate it as lacking. If you add more detail its usage will be amplified. If you want help with anything, let me know.

You were quick with the changes :)

Looks good, but it should have a bit of arc, else the projectile would fall to the same place, as it is aiming straightly upwards.
It's nice it's got teamcolor.

3/5

Thanks for the suggestion, will try to do that.

Hm, I think you could add both version. I could imagine a straight to the sky version is as useful as an actual angled version.

Hmm the particles are bit, unnatural, you know :)
Reminds me of those ol' explosion that models had back to 2005.
Something more like, dwarven's mortar team would look more eye candy.
You can also make the thing shake when it shoots or do some cartoony effect for when the cannonball passes by the barrel.

Explaining the scale issue:

Comparing to other wc3 models, your model lacks detail to have the same size of a regular tower. So it fits only as a small building. That's why I mentioned its usage becomes limited. Inside that boundaries, it is a nicely done model.
I got it now, and yes its because I made it for only mini-game purposes (Well actually for my map)
Thanks :xxd:

I would consider wearing this as a hat.

Jokes aside, this has extremely low quality. I understand that you didn't need quality for your intended purpose, but making a pile of junk because you only needed a pile of junk to get the job done doesn't change the fact that it's still a pile of junk. You should find a better texture to wrap to it so that it looks better at normal scales. This would significantly increase its quality as well as its variety of usefulness due to being usable at a larger scales.

You created what you needed for the specific intended purpose, however uploads here are meant to be useful to other people, so I'm going to have to give this a 2/5. Don't get me wrong, this can definitely be useful for the intended purpose and there really aren't a lot of alternatives to this, so it's definitely worth keeping on THW, and I like it. I hope that you will improve this so that more people will be able to find a use for this.

Simple model for simple tasks, I like it.

The only problem that I see was a weird fire animation between attacks.
