[Spell] Morphing Unit Problem

Hey, guys, please help...
My problem is:
1. I have a morph ability which can transform my hero from its original Form A to Form B.
2. Form A and Form B have different abilities.
3. The problem is: when hero dies in Form B, it revives in Form A but has no abilities at all. The abilities in Form A are all gone!!!

How should I fix this problem?

Are you morphing the unit via trigger ?
Not by default ability such as Bear Form or Metamorphosis ?

Show us how you "morph" the unit, I mean what approach did you use.

For clearer view, you should post us the test map.
