Modify Defeat Dialog Buttons

Is there a JASS hack/code that can modify defeat dialog? Or is it hardcoded?

I want to remove the Reduce Difficulty and Add Cancel button in the dialog.

Wrong.
Actually, CustomDefeatBJ and CustomVictoryBJ are BJ funtions, so you can look them up in Blizzard.j and make your own versions.
