Does removing model animations make model smaller in size (kb wise)?
If so, how can I remove model animations? Which tools do I need and how do I do it?

Animations are essentially walls off code. If you remove them, the model will be smaller.

You can remove anims with this old tool made by oinkerwinkle.

You would just remove the label of the animation, not the actual information on the bones. You then have to go trough every single bone and delete the right key frames.
That program just does it automatically for you.

You'll need both Magos and Mdlvis for a total deletation of animation but still optimizing textures also make a model size smaller.
