Model Scale during Animation

I am trying to make a King Leoric model for a request. I just added a crown and transferred Grunt anims. However, the head for some reason expanded like a balloon during spell animations. I removed the old one and tried to add my own, but for some reason he still has a big head. Can I change this head bulge somehow?

I am using Warshape.
