Model Request: Secret of Mana 2 ;Mana Beast

I desperately need a dragon type model made, it is from the game Secret of Mana 2(also known as Seiken Densetsu 3). What I need made is the Mana Beast, this is a complex model so all im really asking for is the front of it made. The only animation I request is a standing animation(have the tail move). I have a picture of what I would like it to look like, it is only a 16-bit picture so do with it what you can.
