Hello hiveworkshop users, I'd like to request, if possible, icy chains that I want to use as buff attachment on origin. The idea is from WoW's Death Knight's Chains of Frost. +rep +credit for the creator of this. Thank you!

No it's a screenshot from World of Warcraft. From what it looks like, it's a Death Knight using the Chain of Frost ability on a target dummy in Acherus.
