Chain Frost every 30 seconds?

Hi everyone,

There's a spellmap called "Spell - Chain Frost - Pro" by Dark Dragon. I love the ChainFrost spell, so I have this question here:

Is it possible to make a time triggered Chain Frost?

For example: Every 30 seconds the lich casts automatically the Chain Frost on a random unit in 500 range. The rest is the same. It jumps and damages etc.

I need this for my map, where a boss casts every 30 seconds the Chain Frost.

Also the spell needs just 1 Level, but thats not so important.

I would be very happy if you could help me and explain to me, how to make such a spell, because I'm a big noob in Jass or something. Maybe Dark Dragon can change his map. This would be very great. I hope you answer my request.
