Model problem

I've editted a model in Magos' Model Editor and it does not appear in-game. I've already removed a part of the model (scale 0) and haven't changed anything. I can place the model inside the model editor, but it's not visible, it's like an empty model.
This happens with all models that are based on a model used in buff effects, missiles, spells (this one is based on buff). Why does that happen? Sometimes I just change some point positions, or change texture but then the model crashes the game.....

Try removing the vertices in Mdlvis instead of scaling them in Magos and see whether it works then.

Nope, I've tried but does not make any change... First I removed this part of the model, and the model was invisible in WE and in-game. Then I changed it's texture/skin, and now the model appears as a green box in editor, but isn't visible in-game.. What the heck? Why is this modelling stuff so complicated, can't you just edit a model and import it without any headaches? I've got so many good models that I can't use in any of my maps... :/
Please help me.. Is it something with the paths? I've imported both the model and it's new texture files, what paths should they have?

Does the model work without modifiying it before ?

Attaching the related content might speed up the process and also allwos a detailed analysis.

What part did you remove of it ?

That's not a default Blizzard model, is it ?
I cannot find it in the model section either.

The default model had appearently no bone, that's something wc3 does not like.
The attached one works.

Ah, that's great, but that does not work for my model, I made a bone and set the geoset just like it's done in your example.....

edit: Figured out the reason for this, it's my custom texture I use for that model.. It causes the model to be invisible in WE and in-game..
