Model loading error.. What does it mean?!

Heres the error... I was importing it into MilkShape 3d 1.8.2 Any ideas plzzzz

"Error reading model file !!!"

"Mesh01 :Section PTYP Is longer than expected."
"Mesh02 :Section PTYP Is longer than expected."

"no valid mesh found, model not imported"

well... it wasn't a good model anyways so i just gave up on it... instead ive been working on a ghost from halo. looking good, i just posted a forum for feedback in the modeling forums section.
