model help!

I have a bug with my wc3 models. You see, I've download a wc3 mod, and I don't like it, so I delete every part of the mod, including custom UIs, cursor or some other, but the model has a problem. It uses the custom model in that mod instead of the classic wc3 one. Ex: the Water Elemental model is changed to the custom one in that mod, instead of the original one. I deleted everything, also the Shared Models (I belive that's the problem) help me please!

It could help if you'ld at least state what kind of mod you used.
As for the reinstallation: Dunno if this really is needed but if so, just delete and install again.

Well, this is a mod when you replace all of the original wc3 unit and chest models, with new ones. I think I have to do something with the "Shared models" stuff
