model editor help

I was wondering if someone could help me with my problem. I've tried to open the file for the model editor at least 4 times. Whenever i open it, it says:" This application has failed to start because d3dx9_35.dll was not found. Re-installing this application may fix this problem." Of course, I've tried redownloading the file many times, without success T_T:cry:
