probably your decimal system is "," not "."
you need to change that in your sytem!

also, next time you should consider giving more information than just this little sentence, how u suppose people will help you?
i mean, really, this only makes it harder for other people, you r the one begging for help, so you should be the one wasting the most time, not the one who is trying to help you because he needs to ask for every single information bit for himself!

1. Update Direct X. If you are using XP use the june 2010 version. If you are using vista or 7, use the february 2010 version or whatever.
2. If you are using vista or windows 7, run as an administrator.

Well thats about it, it should work. Any more errors you will have to tell us what they are.
