Model - Destroyed Fence

Well, Alpha Skinning didn't really work, but I followed Blizzard's pattern to depict some "destroyed" material: the same model with a different texture. You can make it look even more destroyed", if you roll it via "Art - Maximum Pitch Angle (Degrees)" = 5.00.

P.S. Rename the other fence model, since this once uses the same name.
