Model converting

hey I was wandering, if I download GTA vice city models, would I somehow be able to convert them into mdx or mdl?

so far I know there is no tool that supports that

maybe you can open it in 3Ds max if the model type is supported. And if you manage to open it, you'll need a plugin for it to be able to export it as .mdx... Try searching on google for it. Good luck!

3ds max is a four thousand dollar program so good luck.

also, using gta models is illegal (both in the hive's rules and in the international copyright committee)

Yet it can be downloaded for free... Lot of things in the world is illegal, yet people still do those things so...
