MiscData.txt?

I want to increase the initial cliff level past the maximum default option, which is 14. How can I do this? I read you can edit a file named MiscData.txt to achieve this.

Here you can also download a Miscdata.txt file.
you can simply create a UI folder inside your warcraft 3 folder and then put in a Miscdata.txt file so that you can alter it to your likings.

B.t.w. read that tutorial thoroughly it also has some other usefull information you might want to look into.
