how to make that unit did not release Missile that takes item.

No, the problem is that I'm doing the shooting, right-click, but the problem is that it shoots even when taking an item

The information is too limited to give any solution.
Give some links or tell how your shooting works.

If you want to let a unit not go and pick up an item then you can issue the "stop" order when you create a missile... However I canno't give any better answer with the current information.

From what you've said, I'm assuming you just need to add a simple condition that checks to make sure the target isn't an item:
  • Events
    • Unit - A unit Is issued an order targeting an object
  • Conditions
    • (Target item of issued order) Equal to No item
  • Actions
The condition is an Item Comparison.
