Milkshape Best for?

I have milkshape for about half hourd and have now idea for what is he most useful.
Is it about creating wire, or animations, easy for texturing, effects.
Pls if u can answer fast

Milkshape can be used for a lot of things. It's definitely good for making meshes and animations, at least for Warcraft III. I don't think it's the best for effects and it can't make textures, but you can use it to create the UVW map.

beside converting models to mdx. I personally think that milkshape is good as a fundamental on modelling skill, before you start modelling in 3ds max.

though, I would prefer to use mdlvis for animations instead of using milkshape.

I am primarily a user of Milkshape. Once you get the hang of it, you'll be spewing models in a flash. Animating is a bit hard to master, but can create decent animations with some effort. The unwrap tool is a bit poor, I use LithUnwrap instead. You can't create particle effect and such in it.
