Methods! {vJASS}

Hello , i have been using jass in a couple of weeks and i have only used functions / learned the basics.. But now i see how useful a (static) method can be.. But i quite dont get how they work.. If someone could link me a tutorial or help me i would be really happy.

PS: im trying to make a trackable group with methods so you can do like

local trackablegroup tg

Any help would be very appreciated!
