messed up attachment i add to model

The model attachment ends up like this, in this case the staff.
Programs i used was notepad for model war3modeleditor and vertex modifier
PLEASE HELP!!! i dont have milkshape... oh crap i added to wrong section... sorry... how can i delete or move this?
