All of your terrains are much too plain. I suggest using a lot more environment doodads. Although you have really good tile variation, and good use of sky and fog together! Your fourth looks really nice, looks like a good rpg terrain. The last one needs doodads in the water besides rocks. Try using cattails with lily pads in them, river rushes tinted to match the terrain, and maybe some shrubs.

I would give rep if you improve these!
 
I like it, but you could use more tile variation. And the hill looks odd where it's bare. Maybe if you just put grassy dirt and some grass doodads there it would look better.
