[Trigger] Maybe Dumb Question

hello i know it may sound dumb but i wonder... how do u stop a trigger while it is running? like ''if something happen then stop trigger runing''
cuz im using an Omnislash skill and when the monster is dead he keeps going on the spell so i want a way to stop the trigger while it is runing

is there a normal GUI doing it or it it a custom script?
