Maximum Level

How can I set the maximum level a hero can reach?

In world editor press Advanced then gameplay constants, somewhere there is an option of heroes max level, use custom gameplay constants and write your max lvl of heroes.

Advanced( Upper menu ) -> Gameplay Constants -> Tick "Use Custom Gameplay Constants -> Hero Maximum Level -> set it to your value

Is it possible to set unit's max lvl more than 100? I know it can be done for a hero, and its not like im going to make creeps over 100th lvl, but can it be done?
