Hero Level

Hi!
In the world editor (when I already placed the hero, then I double-clicked on him) the maximum level what I can set for a hero is 10 (1.)Does it mean that in the game is also the max level or in-game I can go further?). If I remember well (I'm almost sure I remember well) in the Reign of Chaos and Frozen Throne campaigns the 10 level was the maximum as well (maybe in the Frozen Throne was a bit bigger the limit).
But I played some custom maps/campaigns, where I can reach larger (40-50-60,etc.) levels.
2.) How can I do it in my map?
3.)Do I need special tools, or the World Editor is also able to help me?

Goto Advance>> Game Constant>> Hero Maximum Level

Don't forget to set the creep reduction table in the gameplay constants, just set the last value to any number greater than zero

to answer your third question, no you don't need to
