[Solved] Why doesn't my hero reach a higher level?

My hero can't reach higher level. I set the maximum hero level in gameplay constants to 6000 but the hero can't reach above level 6. pls help:

EDIT: No need to reply. The creep reducation table I set the 0 value to 100.
