I wanted to make a skin that could resemble the surface of my planet model "Charybdis", this is how it turned out. In the screenshot it is seen together with a tinted version of a desert texture i made, which i call "Martian Sand", you can find it in the comments below.
I recommend using this together with orange fog, range 1800 to 7000. Ofcourse, you could also use this as a desert tile - though in this case i suggest you desaturate it in photoshop first to make it less red. Enjoy!
