map spell help

hello, im currently in he process of making my map, its title greece, anyway when making my character hades i thought of some skills, one skill i thought of is similar to nevermore i believe in dota ,where creep killed gives stored soul for strength, well i like to know how to do that, if it a wc3 spell, because i not to fimilair with wc3 spell or is it something triggered

dummy ability, and the damage ability, and when you kill something you add the damage ability and increase levels each time you kill something, or decrease levels when you havent killed in a while.

give the hero a X lvl damage ability (unit ability and probably 60 lvl if like dota)
when he kills a unit, add ability lvl (each lvl increase damage by 1 wish mean max 60 damage) and if hero die set level of damage ability to her level/2
