Generally crashing players on demand is considered an error in any resulting map as under no circumstances of play should a player crash. In a stable and high quality map all players should exit the game in an expected way.
These are...
1. Main menu then exit to score screen.
2. Atl+F4 then exit game.
3. Being defeated and exiting, either to menu or to score screen.
4. Winning and exiting, either to menu or to score screen.
5. Telling the program to close, usually from task bar or task manager.
The following methods of program termination are not controlled but of no fault or concern to the map maker.
1. Unexpected system shutdown, usually as a result of a power failure.
2. Critical hardware failure. Usually causing an unrecoverable process error.
3. Unrecoverable operating system error (BSoD) forcing a system restart.
4. Forced process destruction at an operating system level (task manager using end process tree).
5. Random bit flip error causing an unrecoverable process error.
