just a little (mybe stupid) question:
does 360 exist as a value? i mean does WE accept it? (it is 0, i know)
and does WE accept higher values and converts them? (e.g. 480 is accepted because WE turns it to 120)

Wc3 accepts even higher angles, but there is a limit. That is limit is not the integer limit, it is something much smaller.
