Making And Removing Effects

Its kind of a double question here,
1st:
How do I trigger the loop of The Dark Ritual effect on a unit?
2nd:
How do I remove the lightning effect of the shackles from the Aerial Shackles ability. I don't want it to show the yellow glowing net, or anything for that matter.

1. you can either have a periodic timer and add the special effect on the unit, or, i'm not sure if making it the Art of a buff will make it loop on a unit
2. i think it's in the Art - Lightning Effects. just remove it

The lightning effect would be removed via the above method, while for the net, its on the buff of Aerial shackles... so you can modify the buff if ur using the normal AS, or if its a custom ability based on AS, just make a new buff based on the AS buff and make your custom AS use the custom buff
