Okay, after explanation about DUMMY UNIT, here's explanation about Multicasting an ability (Multiple Cast)
A dummy unit is created several of times to actually cast the ability

It made dummy ability and simply casted some OTHER spell. That spell cuold be just an effect, or he made special effect.
