making a special "unit package" map, where whould

Im making lots and lots of units, designing them for challenge and balance. My goal is to have a game play from level 10 to 100 as if the heroe were level 10 the whole time.
I'm doing this because a lot of map makers are talented at art and triggers but suck copius donkey dick at balancing and making sure heroes dont turn into gods/turn into useless gimps.

When its done, all heroes will have 100 levels, scaling skills, and 10 ranks of each unit in the game to fight/buy.
And items.

My question is, where would I upload this to? I've never seen a unit pack on this sight before. And im afraid if its put in the map section nobody will be able to find it.
Its really aimed at being a tool to build with.

If a game is so well balanced to that point, where only skill would determine the winner, whoever looses is STILL going to say the heroes are imbalanced. You say previous maps were very imbalanced...if they were imbalanced, the same heroes would be loosing every game regardless of the talant of the player. Was that the case?

As long as there is competative gaming, there will be losers. As long as there aree losers, there will be people complaining about balancing.

But in regfards to your question, I'm not sure what you are asking for. You are looking for a place to upload some sort of special map?

Blizzard did not plan for heroes to balance out over higher and higher levels. Starting stat points and stat points gained per level are calculated for sub-level-10 melee games, where there is something resembling balance.
Where heroes dont have .25 cooldown attacks, 35 armor(huge), and non-scaling/useless abilities.

To give an example, pit the farseer vs... a warden.
At level 10, it could go either way. Skill provails.
At level 100, agility wtfpwns intelligence, and the farseer has no chance in hell.
Or how about bash. A skill that assumes attack speed wont go below a certain point. At level 100, its stormboolt, and permastun bash.

The whole idea is to find a good, balanced level for all heroes where skill provails, freeze it, and extend level progression to level 100.
I could list the things that are frozen but its easier to list what ISN'T frozen:
Health
health regen
health potions
attack damage
spell damage

Lots of units and lots(LOTS[also see: lots]) of documentation.

Basically, I want to know where it should be posted.
My idea is for other people to use the units in their maps, so that all heroes are fun to play. Nobody will play the map I submit unless they just want to stare at team red heroes.
